Cheryl will discuss self-regulation, demonstrate a technique called the First Aid Stress Tool (FAST), and lead a guided meditation with an opportunity to release the energy of current stress or stress carried through family patterns and experiences.

She is trained in a variety of approaches that support self-awareness and well-being. For more than 10 years, she has helped individuals connect more deeply with themselves, follow their hearts, and live with greater authenticity and purpose.
